1. Acceptance
By downloading or using ThinkLeft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
ThinkLeft helps you record choices, protect important decisions, and review associations in your own entries. It does not make decisions for you and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
3. Purchases
ThinkLeft may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings. Any trial terms are shown by Apple before purchase.
4. Your data
ThinkLeft does not require an account. Local records can be deleted from Settings. See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Responsible use
Do not use the app unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
6. Ownership and license
The app’s content, design, and code are owned by the developer. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use.
7. Availability and liability
The app is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. The developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
